Welcome to Around Walls Studio ("we", "our", "us"). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, services, and any agreements entered into for architectural, interior design, or turnkey construction services.
By engaging our services, requesting a consultation, or utilizing this website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.
Around Walls Studio provides comprehensive design and execution services, including but not limited to:
Specific deliverables, scopes of work, and obligations will be detailed in a separate, project-specific Design and Execution Contract signed by both parties prior to commencement.
Payment structures are divided into milestone-based tranches. Standard engagements require a non-refundable retainer fee to commence the conceptual design phase. Subsequent payments are tied to the approval of 3D renders, commencement of civil work, procurement of materials, and final handover.
All invoices must be cleared within 7 business days of issuance. Around Walls reserves the right to halt site work if payments are delayed, which may affect the overall project timeline.
Estimated timelines will be provided in the initial project contract. While we strive to adhere strictly to these schedules, timelines are subject to change due to unforeseen site conditions, material availability, force majeure events, or client-requested revisions.
All conceptual designs, 3D renders, CAD drawings, and creative blueprints remain the exclusive intellectual property of Around Walls Studio until the project is fully paid for and handed over. Around Walls reserves the right to photograph the completed project and use the imagery for portfolio, marketing, and editorial purposes unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is explicitly signed.
While Around Walls Studio operates with the highest standard of professional care, we shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the execution of the project. Liability is strictly limited to the professional fees paid to Around Walls for the specific service rendered.
Either party may terminate the agreement with a 15-day written notice. In the event of termination by the client, Around Walls is entitled to compensation for all design and execution work completed up to the date of termination. Retainer fees are strictly non-refundable.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pune, Maharashtra.
Around Walls reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. The updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
